Make a difference in your community and help prepare a child for success in school. Caring adult volunteers are needed for a variety of roles to help make YMCA Bright Beginnings a success. Shop with a child or stuff backpacks with school supplies and make sure deserving children start the school year with all the necessities. Volunteers will arrive at 10:00 a.m. for a brief orientation. Shopping with the children will start at 10:30 a.m. Goal: Bright Beginnings makes for confident and prepared kids on the first day of school and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.
