Support the Health and Wellness team in delivering programs and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities: * Assist with member engagement. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in wellness areas. * Participate in events and program development. Learning Outcomes: Hands-on experience in fitness instruction, customer service, and wellness operations.
To gain practical experience in health and wellness program delivery, develop skills in fitness instruction and member engagement, and build a strong foundation for a career in exercise science or health promotion.

Volunteers must complete all required credentials before reporting for their first day of service. Requirements include acknowledging YMCA policies and procedures and completing Child Abuse Prevention training.
