From coaching to team communication and coordination, we need people just like you to help us teach sportsmanship, teamwork, and game fundamentals. Assist the Lead Coach during classes in accordance with the day’s lesson plan. Responsibilities include following The First Tee Code of Conduct, exhibiting The First Tee Core Values and Life Skills, building relationships with the participants, and coaching in accordance with The First Tee Philosophy.
